For beer we have a partnership with Brasserie Orgemont, which produces Valmy Beer (COP 21 beer) and Orgemont Triple, both organic and eco-friendly since 2015! You can also find two Belgian and organic beers from Brasserie Lion!
For the pastis, also organic, we suggest you discover that of Chais du Fort, distilled in Alsace.
The organic wine list is wide and accessible, ranging from wines from Côtes de Provence to Bordeaux, including Pays d'oc, Coteaux du Pont du Gard and the Rhône Valley...
As for our organic cocktails, they are house creations and they vary regularly, worthy of a real cocktail bar.
Soft question, we offer a natural energizer, made in Berlin, produced by Club Maté with its returnable bottle. Made from Hierba Mate, this drink is the perfect ally for sober partygoers!
As for our syrups, they are from Meneau and Monin and organic fruit juices, Pressade and Vitamont.
