Open-air and homemade party venue: organic bar, club, restaurant, pétanque courts
Bartender / Barmaid
Under the responsibility of the Manager and the Director, you will be in charge of preparing orders: directly from customers (counter) and via your colleagues (room service).
This is a part-time contract, complementary to your usual activity.
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
Procurement and installation;
Guarantee quality customer service;
Service, sales and collection;
Ensure that the cocktails and drinks served meet the expected quality and company guidelines;
Ensure the cleanliness of the bar and its cleaning before, during and after service;
Working with the team, ensure the cleanliness of counters, rooms, kitchen and exterior;
Ensure compliance with hygiene rules; the internal regulations and health instructions in force;
Be a force of suggestion for the creation of new cocktail and drink recipes
Other tasks may be granted to you based on your interests and the needs of the company.
Your experiences and training:
You have training or proven experience in the bar and catering professions.
You want to get started in the profession and are looking for a training experience and a professional challenge.
Your skills :
You are rigorous, punctual, dynamic and sporty.
You know and like to work under pressure.
You are autonomous and know how to make decisions.
You are attentive and listen to customers, your superior and your colleagues.
You have a good ability to work in a team and show sympathy to customers.
Terms :
3-month renewable fixed-term contract
2 contracts of 7 hours/week on Saturday evenings/nights
2 contracts of 15 hours/week on Friday and Saturday evening/night
Remuneration at the hourly minimum wage
