Kitchen assistant
Under the responsibility of the director, you will support the Pizzaiolo in preparing pizzas and taking orders: directly from customers (counter) and via your colleagues (room service).
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
Direct the customer for the order.
Ensure order taking.
Prepare counter and room orders.
Ensure collection.
Ensure the catering area is stocked.
Ensure the cleanliness of the work space and its cleaning before and after service;
In conjunction with the team, ensure the cleanliness of the counter, room, kitchen and exterior;
Ensure compliance with hygiene rules; the internal regulations and health instructions in force;
Ensure the cleaning of dishes and cutlery used during service, as well as all equipment used in the kitchen.
Other tasks may be granted to you based on your interests and the needs of the company.
Your experiences and training:
You have proven experience in catering services.
You want to get started in the profession and are looking for a training experience and a professional challenge.
Your skills :
You are rigorous and punctual.
You know and like to work under pressure.
You are attentive and listen to customers, your superior and colleagues.
You have a good ability to work in a team and show sympathy to customers.
Terms :
Seasonal fixed-term contract from May to September 2022
1 contract of 20 hours / week – Friday and Saturday evenings
Hourly minimum wage
Starting position: as soon as possible
