Because we want to offer quality products, we are partners with local and responsible players to offer you quality cocktails and dishes, all made with organic products, for a limited impact on the environment!
As for our organic bar, we offer you a wide choice of organic drinks, alcoholic or not, which will delight everyone.
Our draft beer is provided by Brasserie d'Orgemont, which has been brewing organic and artisanal beers since 2001, using organic products and which stands out with an ecological approach to its production, agroforestry. This is also the beer that was selected to be the beer of COP21! At Le Chapiteau, you will find Valmy organic beer in blonde and Orgemont Triple in bottle too! You can also taste two Belgian and organic beers from Brasserie Lion!
Our wine list is also organic, with a wide choice ranging from wines from Côtes de Provence, Pays d'Oc, through the Coteaux du Pont du Gard, the Rhône Valley, to Bordeaux. Available at very affordable prices, Le Chapiteau's bottles of organic wine will take you on a journey, comfortably seated under the plane trees!
For the pastis, also organic, we suggest you discover that of Chais du Fort, distilled in Alsace.
In terms of soft drinks, we offer you a natural energizer from Berlin and produced by Club Maté, with returnable bottles to reduce our waste. This drink made from Yerba Mate leaves is the perfect ally for consumers for whom the party is crazier without alcohol! There is no doubt that you will last until the end of the night thanks to this super natural energizer!
Our syrups are supplied by Meneau and Monin, while Pressade supplies us with fruit juice, and of course everything is organic, but we prefer to specify that once again!
On the catering side, you can find our pizzas prepared on site by our pizza maker! From the dough to the topping, the Chef offers you a selection of ever tastier pizzas: cheese, 4 cheeses, royal, honey goat cheese, vegetarian... and other surprises depending on the Chef's moods!
You can also order other small dishes from our tapas kiosk that will satisfy your appetite, always prepared with lots of love and quality organic products! Fries with homemade aioli, pastis tapenade, grilled peppers... there will be something for all tastes and hungers!
Finally, still in a more responsible approach, we use reusable and returnable glasses and you will no longer find straws at Le Chapiteau!
