Pizza chef m/f

Under the responsibility of the Director, you will be in charge of preparing pizzas.

 

More specifically, you will be in charge of:

Offer a menu adapted to the season and kitchen conditions;

Ensure purchases and supplies each week;

Prepare products in the kitchen before serving;

Prepare the dough and ensure the pizzas are cooked according to orders;

Ensure that the plates offered meet the expected quality and the company’s instructions;

Ensure the cleanliness of your work space and its cleaning before, during and after the service;

Ensure compliance with hygiene rules; of the internal regulations and health instructions in force.

 

Other tasks may be granted to you based on your interests and the needs of the company.

 

Your experiences and training:

​You have CAP cooking training and/or proven experience in catering.

Your skills :

You are rigorous and punctual.

You are quick to complete tasks

You know and like to work under pressure

You are attentive and listen to your superior

Terms :

5-month seasonal fixed-term contract

1 contract of 25 hours / week - approximately - paid at minimum wage for 35 hours

Working hours are distributed between Thursday and Sunday / night work (8 p.m. - 4 a.m.)
